The main characteristic of this terracotta bowl is its narrow base which, in fact, makes it a hemisphere. In all three available sizes, therefore, the width of the bowl is twice its height. The basin, turned and shaved by hand, has a perfectly harmonious development and is completely smooth, while the rim of the mouth (which goes from 40 cm to 61 cm in diameter) is quite pronounced. Made by hand, Bowl Sfera Liscia can be placed at ground level or on columns, walls and pylons. It has a very high capacity and can therefore accommodate plants with branched roots, as well as shrubs or a composition of small plants of different heights. The terracotta of which it is made with artisan techniques is frost-proof and resistant; its good breathability allows a minimum release of moisture, which is fundamental for the good health of the plants.ontribute to the uniqueness of the vase.

1. Dimensioni e Colorazioni

2. Foro drenaggio
É fondamentale che ogni vaso (vuoto o che ospiti una pianta) abbia un buon drenaggio dell’acqua:l’acqua ristagnate potrebbe congelare alle basse temperature e provocare rotture.
Per evitare questo spiacevole inconveniente è fondamentale provvedere a mantenere libero il foro di drenaggio dell’acqua.
É inoltre opportuno che il vaso non poggi direttamente sul suolo, ma venga leggermente rialzato per evitare che un terreno argilloso possa otturare dall’esterno il foro di uscita dell’acqua.

Prestando attenzione a non ostruire il/i fori di drenaggio si consiglia di procedere per strati:

_Pietrisco bianco 18-25 mm (sul fondo del vaso)
_Argilla espansa (Sovrastante al pietrisco)
_Terriccio (Sopra all'argilla espansa)
